We offer a no quibble exchange. If you're not 100% happy with your tree, we'll happily swap it for a new one!
Thank you for shopping at BH Christmas Trees. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If, however, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
- Refunds are available for a minimum of 14 days from the point that the customer receives their goods as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Refunds:
- Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you that we have received the returned item.
- Post-inspection, you will be promptly notified regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- The credit will appear within a number of days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Damaged or Defective Products:
Please contact us promptly to organise a replacement. We offer a no quibble exchange. If you're not 100% happy with your tree, we will collect the old one, and deliver you a new one. If you prefer, we are also able to offer you a refund within 14 calendar days.
